Plugging holes: JavaScript memory leak debugging

Event though JavaScript is a garbage collected language, dangling references can still lead to dangerous memory leaks. Especially long-lived single page applications are vulnerable to this problem and can swallow huge amounts of precious RAM before finally crashing upon the unsuspecting user. This talk will discuss problematic code patterns and show you how to effectively track down and eliminate leaks.
